1. Agreement to terms
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to https://tlaxyronppshyxin.world (the “Site”) and any purchase of Dynaviva or related products or services from Tlaxyronppshyxin (“we”, “us”, “our”). By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, and Return Policy.
If you do not agree, you must not use the Site or submit orders.

2. Capacity and region
You represent that you are at least eighteen years old and legally able to enter a binding contract. Dynaviva is sold for personal use unless we agree otherwise in writing for trade quantities. The Site primarily serves customers in New Zealand. Deliveries outside New Zealand may be declined or subject to additional terms, duties, and carrier rules notified before acceptance.
3. Product information and regulatory status
Dynaviva is a food supplement (dietary supplement) marketed for general wellness support. It is not represented as a medicine or medical treatment on this Site. Product descriptions, graphics, suggested use, and FAQs are for information only and do not replace professional advice from a qualified clinician, pharmacist, or dietitian.
Labels on the physical product, batch records, and any product-specific insert prevail over the Site if there is an inconsistency. We may update Site content to reflect formulation, packaging, or regulatory labelling adjustments.
4. Orders, acceptance, and contract formation
Submitting a form or checkout payment authorisation constitutes an offer to purchase. We may accept or decline orders for legitimate reasons including stock availability, suspected fraud, export restrictions, incomplete address data, or pricing errors as described below.
A contract is formed when we send you an order confirmation email or otherwise expressly accept your order. Until that point, we may cancel the transaction and refund any authorised payment.
5. Pricing, taxes, and currency
Prices are displayed in New Zealand dollars (NZD) unless stated otherwise at checkout. They include GST where applicable under New Zealand law at the rate in force on the invoice date. Delivery charges, if any, appear before you confirm payment.
If a price is manifestly incorrect due to a system error, we may cancel the order and refund any payment, offering you the option to reorder at the correct price.
6. Payment
Payment methods available appear at checkout. Card payments are processed by regulated payment service providers. We do not store full card numbers on our servers. You warrant that you are authorised to use the chosen payment method.
Chargebacks or payment disputes should first be directed to our customer service so we can investigate and, where appropriate, issue refunds consistent with these Terms and the Return Policy.
7. Shipping and risk
Delivery timelines are estimates. Risk of loss or damage passes to you upon delivery to the address or collection point you specified, except where mandatory consumer laws provide otherwise. You must inspect packages promptly and notify us of visible damage in line with the Return Policy.
If you fail to take delivery and the shipment is returned, we may charge reasonable reshipping or restocking fees where permitted.
8. Consumer rights in New Zealand
Nothing in these Terms limits rights you may have under the Fair Trading Act 1986, the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 (where applicable), or other non-excludable New Zealand consumer protections. If you acquire goods for business purposes, clauses that can be lawfully contracted out of may apply to the extent permitted.
9. Returns and refunds
Returns, change-of-mind windows, and defective product processes are governed by our Return Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
10. Intellectual property
All Site content including text, layout, graphics, logos, and compilations is owned by Tlaxyronppshyxin or its licensors. You may view and print reasonable extracts for personal, non-commercial use. 11. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Site, interfere with security, upload malware, attempt unauthorised access, harvest personal data of others, or use automated tools in a way that impairs performance. We may suspend access where we reasonably believe a breach occurred.
12. Disclaimers
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Site is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We disclaim implied warranties that cannot be excluded, except where non-excludable rights apply. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation.
Food supplement experiences vary between individuals. We do not warrant specific subjective outcomes.
13. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising from or related to the Site or products purchased through it is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid for the specific product or service giving rise to the claim in the six months before the event, or (b) NZD one hundred. This cap does not apply to liability that cannot legally be limited, including liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence where such limitation is prohibited.
We are not liable for indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages, or loss of profits, data, or goodwill, except where such exclusion is prohibited.
14. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Tlaxyronppshyxin and its personnel against claims arising from your misuse of the Site, violation of these Terms, or infringement of third-party rights, except to the extent caused by our wilful misconduct.
15. Force majeure
We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events outside reasonable control, including natural disasters, pandemics, wars, strikes, supplier failures, utility outages, or government actions.
16. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand. Courts in Auckland, New Zealand, have non-exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory venue rules for consumers in your place of residence.
We encourage you to contact us first to resolve disputes informally. Consumers in the EU or UK may also have rights to use online dispute resolution platforms where available; participation is voluntary.
17. Changes
We may modify these Terms by posting an updated version with a new “Last updated” date. Orders confirmed before changes remain on prior terms unless law requires otherwise.
18. Communications
By providing an email address, you consent to receive transactional messages about orders, security, and legal notices. Marketing emails, if any, are sent only with a lawful basis such as explicit opt-in or soft opt-in where permitted, and each marketing email includes an unsubscribe mechanism.
19. Subscriptions and recurring orders
If we offer subscriptions, the frequency, renewal price in NZD, cancellation method, and cut-off times will be disclosed before you enrol. You may cancel future renewals in accordance with the checkout terms presented at signup. Past shipments already charged are governed by this Policy and consumer law.
20. Accuracy of information
You are responsible for ensuring that contact, delivery, and payment details are accurate. We are not liable for delays or failed delivery caused by incorrect information you supply. If you notice an error after submission, contact us immediately; we will attempt reasonable corrections before dispatch.
21. Severability and waiver
